It was a pleasant to surprise to feature in Rev Roy Jenkins’s BBC Radio 4 ‘Thought for the Day’ reflection on Saturday 5th July.
As part of his contribution about the important place of tears and sadness, Roy referenced my reflections on Gethsemane from ‘God’s Biker’.
Roy has been one of the biggest encouragers and mentors in broadcasting over the years to me at Radio Wales and I’m so pleased to see he is continuing to put out terrific material. It was after his interview with me many years ago that finally inspired me to write something of my story down, which became ‘God’s Biker’ - the title which he gave to that early ‘All Things Considered’ interview.
