Part 19, Mark 4: 26-34
Seeds of Patient Revolution
This week Sean, explores two more parables, or comparisons, that Jesus used to explain the purpose of his mission and the demands of following him. On this occasion, he once again used the imagery of seeds and plants, taking things from every day life, to explain complex concepts to the relatively uneducated people that were gathering around him.
On the surface of what looks like some sweet and simple stories, there lies the possibility of a radically alternative way of life, that can challenge the most oppressive of tyrants.
